Do I need an appointment?

Yes, we require appointments.  Appointments allow you to have the one on one conversation that is needed to make a huge decision such as selecting your wedding gown.  Having an appointment guarantees you a fitting room and a bridal stylist to assist you and your wedding party.

What should I wear?

Please wear proper undergarments for trying on gowns such as a strapless bra and shoes the height you plan to wear on your wedding day.  

Who should come to my appointment?

To ensure the best experience when purchasing your gown you should only bring one or two of your most trusted friends or family members.

To select your bridesmaids attire it is best to either come alone or bring one bridesmaid with you to make a selection.

Are children allowed?

Yes, only children being measured for bridal attire are allowed in the boutique while accompanied by an adult.  Children in the bridal party must have supervision at all times.  While we love children we are busy working and will not be available to provide supervision.

What are your hours?

We understand the needs of our customers and have appointments available for todays professional bride. We offer the following convenient schedule for our working customers:

Tuesday-Thursday - 11am -6pm

Friday – 11am -7pm

Saturday - 10am -4pm

Sunday and Monday - Closed (except for special events)

Scheduled pickups on Tuesdays or Thursdays only

Do you have an Alterations Specialist?

We are a small private boutique we do not have a seamstress in-house.  Many of our gowns can be made to your measurements and may not require alterations.  If alterations are needed we can recommend seamstresses to do your alterations.

What forms of payment do you take?

We take Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept cash and check deposits. For pickups and tuxedo payments we only take cash or credit cards, no checks.

Do you handle out of town bridesmaids or groomsmen?

Yes, we can handle your out of town attendants. For both your bridesmaids and groomsmen we have an “Out of town measurement form” that they can mail or fax back to us.  We will also speak with them over the phone to ensure a smooth transaction.

How long does it take to order a wedding gown?

Because the gowns are made to order, the entire process may take six months. Wedding gowns usually takes 3 to 4 months for ordering.  In addition to this time you will want to allow 4-6 weeks for alterations. Once you find your special dress you should order it to ensure you have it in time and to avoid additional rush order fees.
